Shipping Policy:
Orders are packaged and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders purchased before 5pm will be packaged and shipped that day, orders purchased after 5pm will be packaged and shipped the following morning. The targeted delivery time is generally the next working day but please allow and extra day or two depending on where you live. Please note our local Courier in Wyndham collects parcels Monday-Friday at 2.30pm.
Refund Policy:
Due to hygiene reasons I do not offer refunds on any items so when purchasing items please read the description thoroughly. If you have an issue with your purchase please feel free to contact me in the 'Contact Us' on the main menu.

Hot iron branding is a technique that involves heating a metal brand until its hot enough to singe the hair leaving a permanent mark. Hot iron branding to leather or cowhide items create a personalised and unique look. My mini brands are roughly 2x2cms. You can choose between letters A-Z, Longhorn Skull, Outline Love heart, Mini Horse, Outline Star & Arrow.
The technique of branding is done freehand by me, which when doing any item freehand it comes with some risks. Although I try my best branding does not have a perfect finish and should not expect it to be perfect like laser engraving.
Important information about Hot Iron Branding:
As stated above hot iron branding involves heating a metal hot enough to singe the hair to create a permanent mark due to this items may arrive with a unpleasant smell, this goes away over time and the smell is due to burning the items.
Branding cannot be done on all items, it is not suitable for darker items due to the brand not being visible. It is recommended for light leather or white/light cowhide.
Customer Care for Cowhide Items:
Cowhide items are available in various colours, if purchased online you may add what colour cow you would prefer in the 'Additional Comments' section but I can't guarantee that colour will be available so you may be sent a colour at random.
Purchasing in store is the best way to guarantee you will get the cowhide colour you want, feel free to get in contact with me to arrange a time to view.
It is important to properly care for your cowhide item to make sure it lasts here's a few helpful tips to keep your cowhide looking brand new!
Give your cowhide a brush every now and again, this will remove any dust or dirt.
If you have a cowhide bag let that cowhide be seen by the world when you wear it and not have the cowhide rubbing on your clothes natural friction needs to be minimized.
When not using your cowhide item store in a cool dry place.
Cowhide is prone to shedding and eventually natural friction of using your item will start to show.
